New Parking Lot: Lot 87
We’re excited to announce the opening of Lot 87, a new surface lot located at 304 and 310 6 Avenue S.W., right in the heart of downtown. This location adds 131 parking stalls, including dedicated motorcycle parking and an accessible parking spot, in an area where short-stay parking options are limited.
Whether you’re heading downtown for a meeting, dining or visiting local businesses, Lot 87 gives you more flexibility and choice for your daily parking needs.
The lot will be opening partially on June 9 while landscaping work is being completed. All stalls are expected to be available by June 16.
Parking Rates:
Standard stalls:
- Weekdays: $5 per ½ hour (daily maximum $32)
- Weekends and Holidays: $0.50 per ½ hour (daily maximum $5)
- Evenings: $0.50 per ½ hour (evening maximum $5)

Motorcycle stalls*:
- Weekdays: $2.25 per ½ hour (daily maximum $15)
- Weekends and Holidays: $0.50 per ½ hour (daily maximum $2.50)
- Evenings: $0.50 per ½ hour (evening maximum $2.50)
