- In 2004, research and development began.
- 2007 marked the implementation of pay-by-plate, SMS, and IVR (Interactive Voice Recognition).
- In 2010, LPR (License Plate Recognition) started.
- 2011 MyParking App launched.
- 2014 park online was added.
- 2015 version two of MyParking app launched.
- 2017, was a year of major change from upgrade to LPR (License Plate Recognition), version three of MyParking App, OCR (Optical Character Recognition) app handheld enforcement, residential parking permit, and solar panels were installed on pay machines.
- 2018 introduced the Membership Management System.
- In 2020, local deals on MyParking app began, CMS (Content management system), and Flex Pass.
- 2021 was the year ParkPlus 2.0 CMS (Content management system) launched.
- 2022 Calgary Parking was integrated within the City of Calgary, Tenant Management System started and CMS for Transit was implemented.
- 2023 permit options were introduced from market permit, low-income, and permit selection, also, the integration of Moneris.
- So far in 2024, tap-to-pay has been added to pay machines.
